The central Florida Gulf Coast is appropriately known as the "Nature Coast." The area is home to an abundance of wildlife. There are numerous freshwater springs along the river. The Gulf Coast is just a short 20 minute drive. You can enjoy fresh or saltwater fishing in the area. The area is also known for hunting, boating, hiking, biking, bird watching and SCUBA diving.
